The place is smaller and cozier than the one near London Bridge station, but I found the customer service to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also loved the lemonade — it wasn’t too sugary and was served in a nice mug, which added to the experience. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to! ”

“ I came with my family on a rainy day. Despite it being around 15 minutes before opening time, the kind staff let us in early and let us sit inside until 11, when the store opened. I ordered a double smash burger with fries for 11 pounds. The double smashed patty was incredibly flavourful as promised, however it was still juicy and was not dry, which is a problem with some smash burgers. The rosemary fries tasted delicious, not too salty, and not too oily, and I like that it comes free with all sets. If you do not like fries, there is also an option to switch to a salad or a coleslaw, both of which are also very nice. All three sides come in a generous serving. As such, if you want nice, affordable burgers with delicious sides, do check out this lovely store near Borough Market. ”
